Civil Rights’ Movement of Oleg Riabokon launched Samozahyst network

In order to create a social platform for protection of rights and freedoms of Ukrainian citizens, Civil Rights’ Movement of Oleg Riabokon has launched a network of independent attorneys called  “Samozahyst”. Currently, Samozahyst Headquarters gathers requests for servicing from individuals as well as applications from attorneys who would like to become members of the network.

Within Samozahyst independent attorneys from all over Ukraine join forces to provide legal support to those suffering from administrative pressure and corruption in Ukraine.

The quality of services is assured by selection of the best attorneys proved to be reliable and trustworthy.

For majority of clients legal fees are average on the market, however some categories of low-income citizens will be serviced at the expense of the Special Purpose Fund. We are forming this Fund to pay attorneys across the country their average fees to provide top quality services to socially vulnerable in their fight with corrupt authorities. Specific cases to be serviced at the expense of the Fund will be shortlisted monthly based on the set criterion.
