Oleg Riabokon is confident that only Ukrainian citizens may protect the Constitution of Ukraine

Oleg Riabokon, ex-candidate for the post of the President of Ukraine considers the prolongation of deployment of the the Russian Naval forces in Ukraine another breach of current Constitution. “It is solely the citizens of Ukraine who can protect the Constitution and publicly express their position via the referendum. Otherwise, constitutional system will be virtually changed with the silent consent of the society”, – Oleg Riabokon stated.
