Oleg Riabokon, prominent lawyer and ex-candidate for the position of the President of Ukraine considers  decision of the Constitutional Court regarding participation of separate deputies in formation of the Parliamentary  coalition a legal nonsense since in such case the Rule-of-law principle is violated.
